settings menu doesn't follow theme to dark mode.

Describe the bug Settings menu is not dark in either dark theme.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'settings'
2. Click on 'theme'
3. Select dark or black theme
4. See everything except the menu dialog go dark mode.

Expected behavior The settings menu also being dark mode
