Nextcloud25 hotfix oc app #199

Fix Carnet not working since Nextcloud 25. Issue was that class OCP\App is no longer available, legacy support is now OC_App. (https://github.com/nextcloud/server/blob/master/lib/private/legacy/OC_App.php)

This version probably only works with Nextcloud 25, I don't really know how to improve that.

Sorry to be that late, I wanted to re-set my dev environment to test it on earlier versions. Seems alright, merging it right now :)
