Bad link to Google Takeout #221

Describe the bug The link provided to Google Takeout is wrong since it includes the URL of local NC

Ex: https://[nextcloud url]/apps/carnet/templates/CarnetElectron/importer/https://takeout.google.com/settings/takeout

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Settings / Import from Google Keep (Beta)
  2. Click on [Follow this link

Expected behavior it should be : https://takeout.google.com/settings/takeout
