[ ] Cleaup code and incorporate in Dycast.
[ ] Create argparse command for generate a new Monte Carlo dataset.

Note: Monte Carlo generation can be optimized by generating on the fly: not necessary to prepare for all possible scenarios. Instead, use user parameters and calculate MC as necessary, caching results
