enable students to view grades #1

User Story: As a student, I tend to forget my homework grades. So, I want to see my grades online so that the grades are stored in one easy accessible place

Tasks:

[ ] create model for grades
[ ] create UI to view grades separately (homework, exam, quiz, etc)

Acceptance Criteria:

only works on chrome
only the unique student will be able to view grades

Acceptance Tests:

A student is able to see all grades
A student can decide to view certain grades (homework, exam, quiz, etc)
A student can view their average grades
