Page not found to access http://localhost:8080/channel/support/admins/manage from channel UI #112

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Edit settings.py to enable the mutlipleadmin
MULTIADMIN_ENABLED = True

2. Run the jaiku and create a channel
3. click the admin manage link in the channel side bar

Expected:
  Open the UI to manage the admin

Actual:
  Get the Page not found

this feature isn't really ready yet and isn't publicized so marking the 
priority as low
