Invite mobile link incorrect (m.www.jaiku.com instead of m.jaiku.com) #117

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Send a Jaiku invite to your own email address via 
http://[username].jaiku.com/invite
2. Notice that in the invitation email, the mobile link is 
http://m.www.jaiku.com/invite/email/...

What is the expected output?
The invite link should be http://m.jaiku.com/invite/email/...

The issue also concerns confirmation and lost password emails.
