Bug running SPM with CAT #1

Hi! I was reproducing the code when I got an error on step II.2 (Segmentation during Brain Preprocessings). I have cat12, spm12, matlab and matlab engine already. cat12 is currently in spm12's toolbox. all paths have been added to matlab. Does anybody know how to fix this? Thanks!

Hi Jane, There seems to be a problem of dependency between SPM / CAT12: Double check CAT12 installation and its dependency with SPM ("cat12" folder should be copied into the SPM12 "toolbox" folder.). When you open the SPM gui you should be able to see cat12 in the toolbox menu: https://neuro-jena.github.io/cat12-help/#download
