I have been trying to install MhcVizPipe and the third party software using the instruction indicated for macOS.
• gibbscluster 2.0 Darwin
• netMHCpan 4.1 Darwin. (4.1b)
• netMHCIIpan 4.0 Darwin
When I open it in the terminal I see the Welcome to MhcVizPipe welcome message (image1) but when I use the http://0.0.0.0:8080/ in Safari it says that it cannot open the page because the address is not valid.
I installed and tested netMHCpan, netMHCIIpan .. following the instruction (changing the path, creating the temp file, adding it to the bin directory..). However when I try to test them (for example netMHCpan) I have this error
lauraescudero@Lauras-MacBook-Pro test % ../netMHCpan -p test.pep -BA -xls -a HLA-A01:01,HLA-A02:01 -xlsfile my_NetMHCpan_out.xls
netMHCpan: no binaries found for Darwin_arm64 /Users/lauraescudero/Desktop/Software/MhcVizPipe/tools/netMHCpan-4.1/Darwin_arm64/bin/netMHCpan
I have tried it in an old windows computer with the windows subsystem for linux, and it works and it loads MhcVizPipe. However I need to get it working on the Mac (macOS Ventura version 13.2.1, chip apple M2 Max). How can I overcome the problem: no binaries found for Darwin_arm64?
Dear all,
I have been trying to install MhcVizPipe and the third party software using the instruction indicated for macOS. • gibbscluster 2.0 Darwin • netMHCpan 4.1 Darwin. (4.1b) • netMHCIIpan 4.0 Darwin
When I open it in the terminal I see the Welcome to MhcVizPipe welcome message (image1) but when I use the http://0.0.0.0:8080/ in Safari it says that it cannot open the page because the address is not valid.

netMHCpan: no binaries found for Darwin_arm64 /Users/lauraescudero/Desktop/Software/MhcVizPipe/tools/netMHCpan-4.1/Darwin_arm64/bin/netMHCpan

Thank you,
