:-) that's not the goal, the first commit is automatic, and made by my pipcreate things. Let me push for you to get a demo.

See Example.ipynb too see how it work. basically you maintain a list of dependencies, and use contextmanagers/decorators/if support(flag)
when you write code, and when a workaround or a function is deprectated not in you dependencies anymore, it warns you that you have dead code.
Add jupyter-pip and then this can be boiler plate for IPython instead of Python :trollface:
