Improve and Fine tune ChatGPT prompts

Summary and Explanation are not different enough as of right now. It also refuses to write LaTeX half of the time which is really annoying

Ok I messed around with the settings in the OpenAI playground, and it did a lot better on bullet points with a higher prescense penalty and frequency penalty as well as a lower temperature. I will need to mess around with it more, but I got much better results using these settings:

Temperature: 0.37, Frequency Penalty: 1.29, Prescense Penalty: 0.52

Science might be too general, as well as english, but we also don't want the options to be over cluttered
