Sandbox compliance #10

Tribo should be able to fit into a very tight sandbox, with a few exceptions. First of all, we currently need the Apple Event sending exception to make Safari auto-refresh work. This could definitely be improved by having a browser-agnostic auto-refresh system, but I haven't figured that out yet. Second, we need the ability to accept network connections for the browser preview.

Marking this as complete because the sandbox itself works. Gonna make separate tickets for sandbox-friendly auto-refresh.
