Make the bottom bar show up regardless of what section you're looking at #28

I'm thinking that a good look for the bottom bar might be similar to the bottom bar in iTunes. Inset glyphs, blue highlights. The preview button could just be an icon that turns blue when the preview is enabled. Of course, we would need a glyph for preview. I'll take a look through my various stock sets when I get the chance.
