Default set of layouts/templates #5

Tribo should have a very clean, very sparse set of default layout and template files. The CSS should be easy to customize, and the site's elements should be semantic HTML5. My site has a lot of what the default set needs, but it also includes a lot of stuff that the default set doesn't need.

This was actually fixed way back in 22e131f581e1a6249ca3184b36bdd3c56952680f.
