Create a process that helps them organize the actual Sales Cycle with tasks/Emails or potentially substages/timeline at Opp Level.

This is the doc their currently working on across the NA & ROW team.

Next Step: Finalize the doc with the feedback from all parties involved and let Sales Ops know.
