existing customer deal duration

I would like to be able to analyse our client data to see some patterns on past behaviours to help us mitigate churn risks. I want to see how long our customers stay with us including the following filters:

• ARR
• contract duration (>12 month Vs every other duration)
• book of business (corporate vs enterprise)
• core product (if they have data or an app, onprem vs when it's just only cloud platform)
• whether they had CSM associated or not
• what support product they had (standard or upgraded) @ruipperez

Hey @mgomezgan , we're working on it but it's difficult to give you an estimation since this is something that requires time and the nature of our roles is linked to uncertainty in terms of workload 🙁
