Downgrade Accounts with Infra Custom

Agreed with Paula J. the following developments in SF to support Infra Team with downgrade of Accounts when custom infra is in place. Under the Opportunity object > Solutions section:

• [x] check called Infra Custom to be set as TRUE if applicable
• [x] Link to Github where all details of the custom infra are
• [ ] Include these new fields in Process Builder for Renewals to be carried forward year after year
• [x] SF Report Alert to Paula + biz-ops when Closed Won + check OR link not informed + PS hours associated
• [ ] Mass Update historic information (former opps) - Paula to provide information when completed

• [ ] Infra Custom (if applicable) MUST be informed before the opp is CLOSED WON so the PB for Renewal has the information when processind the deal
• [ ] Details for Infra will be the same year after year? If yes, no need to include them in Previous Subscription, will be carried forward (as many links as required)

Discussed with @paulajp23 - Update:

• Information can't be input prior to closed won so we need to set up a process that updates the fields if informed from closed won Opp to Open renewal 30 days after Close Date
• No need to include in Previous Subscription - same link with details will remain with all updates over time
