new field: engagement level

Hi team,

We would like to add a new field under the Customer Success & Support section (at opportunity level) called Engagment with a drop down menu with the following options:

• 0: unengaged
• 1: low engagement
• 2: engaged
• 3: very engaged

And a tooltip to hover over with the following:

• 0: no interaction at all
• 1: responded only once/twice
• 2: responds frequently
• 3: regular cadence of touchpoints
