Make Hubspot Source field available in SF

GOAL: Show the sources of the Leads captured by HS in the different SF objects to ease Marketing reporting and give more visibility to sales team . Notion Page

• Add the 6 fields on the following objects: lead, contact, and Opp
• Map those field upon conversion to Contact and Opp
• Add them to the Layout in the Marketing Section (proposal here)

Let Ivicuo knows when ready to Sync those field between HS and SF

Thanks! Sorry, another Q. Type of field? Picklist for all sources (like Original Source) and Text (255) for Recent Conversion?

Hello Laura! I'm Mateusz, happy to help :) For "First/Recent Conversions", it would be that text, yes. For all the Sources, it would be text too for all except for "Latest Source". This one would be picklist. Please let me know if you need anything else along the process!

Hello! This is done in PROD. I've tried to organize all the fields (only at Lead for now) but I'm not sure this works? Please confirm and I can replicate in all 3 objects

Hello! Hope the weekend has been great.

Regarding the creation and mapping of the fields, I just wanted to point out that the "Hubspot Recent Conversion" field isn't created (and therefore also isn't mapped) in the Opportunity object.

As for the Layout, the only needed tweak would be moving the "First Conversion" field to the left column. With this, it'd be looking great and ready to be implemented in the other objects.

I'll work on mapping the fields with HS and running the tests! Please let me know if you need anything and thank you for keeping us updated :)

I think the layout works fine for now :) On my end, the fields are connected to Hubspot and the tests are looking great!

I have checked the "Hubspot Recent Conversion" field isn't created yet in the Opportunity object. Is there some way I can help you with this? Or maybe there was some update with this field I'm not aware of?

Hi!

It would be nice to see a paid social lead tho, so that i can see how the fields get populated - organic search is a funny example as we can’t track many things.

Also leaf source CHANNEL should say organic search. Lead source should be Inbound in this case.
