Content Title - Merge with “HS recent touch Detail” #350

Hello again Laura! :) I'm openning this ticket to tackle another matter.

In this case, the goal would be to transfer the information that is in the "Content title" field to "HS recent touch detail". As there are over 100 Leads with this field filled (see report here), we think the best idea would be to automate it loading the data. After this is done, the "Content field" could be removed.

We could either prepare the file for you and help along the process, or do it ourselves. Please let me know your decision and if there's any questions or information you need :)

@MSwiatekCarto Hey :) The link to the report doesn't seem to work. In any case, you can totally go ahead and do it yourself if you can! This field was requested by Julia Edson and has no implications whatsoever on anything in our end. If you'd prefer us doing, we'll take a look asap and get back to your. Please confirm how you'd like to proceed. Thank you!

Hello @ruipperez ! All done on our side :)

The data from the "Content Title" field has been transferred to the right fields ("HS Recent Touch Detail" in Lead object and "Hubspot First Touch Detail" in Contact object. It has also been removed from the Page Layouts.

Now you are able to safely delete the "Content Title" field, as it's no longer in use and the information is in the correct place.
