Add success plan in Salesforce

As we already spoke, we would need to add a new tab with the following fields, for the reference, here is the template of what we're filling now

Executive Summary (collapsible)

• Products (Platform/Data/App) four lines short text
• Use case three lines text
• Client maturity: one lines text
• Sponsor: one lines text
• Metrics: two lines text

Business Objectives (collapsible)

Context: (collapsible)

• Context: four lines text
• Why: four lines text
• How: four lines text
• Client success metrics: four lines text

Goals and Strategy (collapsible)

• What are we trying to achieve? seven lines text
• Strategy to achieve those seven lines text
• CARTO Success metrics seven lines text

SWOT Analysis(collapsible)

• Strengths five items
• Weaknesses five items
• Opportunities five items
• Threats five items

Roadmap (collapsible)

• Kick-off: date
• Discovery: date
• Training free text due multiple dates
• Recurring Touchpoints (frequency, when and who) free text due multiple dates
• QBR free text due multiple dates
• Custom App started date
• Custom App launched date

Growth Plan (collapsible)

• Short Term (next 3 months) - free text box
• Medium Term (3 to 6 months) - free text box
• Long Term (6 to 9 months) - free text box FYI: will be something like:

Goal: XXX How: XXX XXX

Organization mapping (collapsible)

• Be able to previsualise an image, or set an url if not possible

Miscellaneous (collapsible) - free text box Post-mortem (collapsible) - free text box

Executive Summary

1. Products: We have a roll up at account level (Summary of Active Products) that is automated
2. Use case - Should we use our User Case field from Opportunity (picklist)? There is also a manual field at account level "Active Use Cases" that is pretty much obsolete that we could use
3. Metrics - Should we name it Platform Metrics?

Business Objectives Right now it is not possible to add subsections within a subsection in Salesforce. We could do:

• Business Objective - Context
• Business Objective - Goals and Strategy

Roadmap We have this at opp level. As an account can have multiple opportunities so not sure this could work at account level?

Organization mapping No problem, we can add an image.

As discussed with @ruipperez we can add a new tab at account level called Success Plan where we can add all this info
