Success Plan improvements

Section- Executive Summary

• Field: Success plan ID: Insert a drop-down menu that includes the Quarter (Q1- Q2- Q3- Q4) and the year (2023-2024- etc). This should be the main identifier on the list of SP, As success plan name is today.
• Field: Use case summary: Change the tooltip to the following text: Summary of what the company does, and it uses CARTO.
• Field KPI- delete the field

Section- Business Objectives Merge the Business objectives (Context / Goals & Strategy) section and only include the following fields:

• New Field: Business understanding:
• New Field: Use case-Tooltip description: Explain in detail how they use CARTO
• New Field: Background/History
• New Field: How does the customer understand the success with CARTO?

Section- Swot:

• Merge/Create one field for Opportunities & strengths (Positive) -
• Merge/Create one field for Weaknesses and threats (Negative)
• Section- Roadmap: No changes
• Section- Growth:
• Create a new field: Potential upsell - add the following tooltip:you should explain where you see potential options for upsell. Add extra text in the tooltip in each field with the following: Put the Quarter and Year with the milestones.

@pablomoniz Hey :) Comments below. It might be easier to discuss on a call some of these changes:

Section- Executive Summary

1. This is not very sustainable (the list would get very long as each year would be 4 values) and would need maintenance as it's presented. Could we use a Date field instead? If you're trying to filter somehow, I think we can find another way. Let's discuss it if you like

3. Would you like us to export the info before deleting the field?

Section- Business Objectives

1. what shall we do with all the existing fields? I can see there is information in the existing SPs.

Section- Swot:

1. What do you expect to do with the information in those fields we're merging? Shall we do an export and concatenate the info?
