Update Targets in SF

The current Targets in Salesforce showing in Dashboards are the ones from 2018, so they need to be updated. I'm looking into setting up the individual targets at user level and put in use the Forecast tool that SF provides.

• [x] Update current reports in Dashboards using the 2018 targets (this is becoming challenging as it's set up in a way that we're still trying to figure out)

So! I was doing a little testing on the Forecast functionality in SF and it really does not work for us. We cannot change the fields to be taking into consideration. Just as an example: the Forecast tool uses the Amount to track performance and we cannot change that for ACV or any other custom field. Also it's very basic overall and does not allow to put multiple targets (we need at least 2 in most cases, NewBiz and Renewals) so it really does not work for us. I had a quick look but need to spend a bit more time on that to see if any of this could help us! Happy to know your thoughts around this @ldieye and @asimcox :)
