Add Full screen capabilities to <as-responsive-content> #582

The widget works great on all sizes, would be useful having an optional prop that renders a button that makes the element full screen. I've made a proof of concept and works great.

We would need an icon for the full screen. @urbanphes can I get one? Nova icons has a few that might work.
