Added HOST and PROTOCOL to test configuration, allowing local testing

@alrocar I'd like to add this, allowing running tests against a local installation. What do you think?

@alrocar ok, I had seen that one failing but I thought that it was caused by something at my local environment. Idebugged it and just refreshing the job object after the waiting loop made it work. Nevertheless, after a second look I saw a bug that has been there for a while. The status check was wrong. Now tests pass.

PS: sorry about not waiting for the tests to pass, first time here :_)
