Dev center release #80

As part of the release of the new dev center we need to organize contents in a convenient way. I've created a specific structure under the docs path, recreating the old contents in there.

Understanding this, you propose to first generate the contents for the DevCenter and then create another PR to deprecate current sphinx doc folder and readthedocs render in favor of this ones, right?

I see a few things to change, will make commits here.

@inigomedina @danicarrion what is the status of this branch, should we consider merging it?

Yes, @jsanz. This can be merged. After that we just have to update references into the Dev Center repo, so they point to the master branch instead of this one.

So, merge it when you can, and ping me to update those references.
