We have configured SauceLabs and run successfully our tests on Windows 10, but we are still unable to run them succesfully on macOS

This is Support Ticket we have currently open on this: the https://support.saucelabs.com/hc/en-us/requests/64036

We had confirmation from SauceLabs about a bug. They're working on it.
