Add Bivariate examples #1377

Context

Include Bivariate visualizations with legends for different style properties.

Notes: Blocked until https://github.com/CartoDB/carto-vl/issues/1348 is merged. There's a debug example for Bivariate Legends that can be use as a reference.

To-Do:

[ ] Create an example for each case
[ ] Modify / Add information in the Guides if necessary
[ ] Optional: blog post
