Wrong "update date" value in embed maps #592

Context

In an embed map, the updated date is not showing correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open a public map, for instance https://ramirocartodb.carto.com/builder/8cbe0efd-62cf-4a16-b88e-f6c0a18c1f2d/embed

Current Result

The label is "UPDATED INVALID DATE"

Expected result

The label should show the date correctly

The vizjson that is written to the embed has updated_at: null
