In order to prepare the DO to be OSS and available via ENGINE, we should catchup on the public API definition and suggest/apply changes.

Agreed. The docs in #249 and #258 should catch up our public docs to our current functionality.

@saleiva do you mean we should have a meeting to discuss the API, or just that we should get those PRs merged in?
