broken links in dev center documentation when listing measures #355

In the Measure functions section of the Developer center, there are several functions that have a measure_id input parameter. For example OBS_GetCategory(point, category_id):

If you click on the text/hyperlink see available measures of the documentation, you open a 404 error page. These links open the URL https://cartodb.github.io/bigmetadata/observatory.pdf.

I'm not sure which should be the correct URL to this list of measures.
