Expand button doesn't work after expanding #147

In Firefox 29.0.1 you can collapse the editor but not expand it.

This gif shows a gray ghost image where the window used to be but that's just an artifact of the gif and not something I see in the browser.

On load I'm getting this console error:

ReferenceError: event is not defined odyssey.js:894

This might be related to a general error in FF. I just opened it in Chrome and I see the viz wasn't working at all in FF. This is what I see on load of a "Slides" story in FF

Hey Michael, thanks for reporting! They were separate issues but I've fixed both them.
