Remove es6 modules #47

The main file in the package.json is now the src folder.
All es6 modules were replaced with node-modules
Remove the -d option in the build phase to remove code evals

Once this PR is merged the tangram.cartodb build system (browserify) will be aware of the changes in the depencency tree allowing hot reloading and faster builds.

Exactly, that’s the best scenario, but in the meantime you’ll have a worst bundle size, however for having a best bundle size you have to pay the price of having two processes watching.
