Due to a support question, I've added a script to upload the torque dist files to our CDN.

In order to get checks ok, you must sync with master before.

I misunderstood the support ticket because of the title but I think I won't need to upload anything to the CDN. The actual root cause of the ticket is in another place. If I need to follow through with this ticket, I'd check again your suggestions.

Anyway, we are uploading every library to our CDN instead of relying on unpkg. I had that conversation here with Raul.
