Add Codon Map to get codon values at residue construction #58

Intent of Pull Request

This PR is intended to create codons all at once when the residue_exchange is constructed as opposed individually.

I thought this might be something that could be done at compilation-time instead of run-time. I'm just curious if it might be a good idea or not.

Closing. I don't think this would be a good idea.
