This PR changes the Bugfinder so that it uses the checker script to validate Lem-in's output. In other words, the Bugfinder now generates random maps, gives them to Lem-in, checks that the solution is correct and saves any maps that caused an invalid solution or that were not completed in the required amount of steps.
