Investigate removing unused files

A number of files look like they are unused and can be removed. This would simplify the project and make it easier to maintain.

Here are some notes:

• makera.py looks to be a old unused version of main.py
• why are there 3 config files (config.ini, config.json, and config.txt)
• scatter.py has no references, probably unused
• FTPManager.py has no references

why are there 3 config files (config.ini, config.json, and config.txt)

• config.ini is an unnecessary file and can be removed
• config.json describes the possible config options for the app
• config.txt is a default config file, possibly used for resetting to defaults
