Build for Android #32

It would be nice to have a build of the Controller for Android. However the current python app packaging solution (PyInstaller) does not support Android, and I have no experience building python software for Android.

Would appreciate some help here from someone experienced.

Looks like the Makera package uses P4A: https://pypi.org/project/python-for-android/

The buildozer file is already present
