UI should use DNS lookups for Carvera address #43

Many people are going to assign their Carvera a network name (either through DHCP or DNS). The Carvera Controller should allow a user to enter a network name instead of an IP address when connecting via WiFi.

The functionality is present, it's just not clear because the UI shows the text "input IP address", it actually means "input network address"
