Update change log has no scollbar and starts at bottom #50

This was probably written before the update log was larger than can fit on the screen. The update log screens (found in the Upgrade area of the app) show no scroll bars when the text is longer than can be viewed at one time, and also the initial position of the text is at the bottom.

Users will want to see the latest changes first

I couldn't work out how to show a scroll bar, will reopen if someone wants to work on it

The scroll bar isn't missing it's just white colored on a white background. Re-opening to fix just the bars
