Diag Screen has no toggle switch for ATC Clamp/Unclamp #64

A useful ATC statuses is not present in the diag screen: TC Collet Clamp/Unclamp

This is a bit wierd, there doesn't seem to be a way to see the status of the collet. You can just tell it to clamp or unclamp.
