Issues on delete a moduleTask #3

Delete a moduleTask in a week will result in the deletion of other weeks' same task of same index as well. What if the lecture this week got canceled?

Not sure this is a flaw or a bug?

This is a part of our feature. Adding, editing and deleting a ModuleTask of a certain week would affect the same ModuleTask of all the other weeks.
