Come up with a reason to collect our collectibles #40

We need a reason for collecting these star item things. "To make the score go up." is not a good enough reason. Add a story reason and a gameplay reason. (Example: Neon Knight must collect all seven of the star bits to save the universe. As he collects the star bits his pause duration will go up.)
