Timelapse UX: Separate Control Window Issues #114

The separate control window has a few problems:

  1. Tabbing between fields doesn't work within it (although it does work when controls are in the same panel)
  2. A user reported that bookmarks are destroyed when the control window is opened. Needs to be checked.
  3. Control window is always on top of all windows, not just Timelapse window (see related issue #110 for Editor's Fixed Choice popup)
