UX: video dialog can only be displayed once

The following scenario has undesirable behaviour:

• user pops video dialog through menu
• user closes video dialog
• user selects the video dialog menu item a second time and nothing happens

This is a state management bug in MenuItemVideoViewer_Click() causing the call to Show() to be one time only.
