Coach profile with followed Athletes #90

This is for the coach facing profile, need a view with a list of their athletes that are "followed"

Right now the "Follow" button on the athlete page, when the coach clicks the button, it will link the athleteID to the coachID in the coachAthlete table. What needs to happen now is have a view that will show the logged in coach their own followed athletes.
