Check for valid A3 path (look for arma3.exe in path) Check for @folders inside mod path

It's fine to check for arma.exe. I can add i dialog pop up if you cannot find it. Right now the new reg fix should find the correct arma install directory. As for the @folders you will not be able to find them on first run.
