Acceptance critiera

[ ] When I trigger an action that should trigger an email I can easily go somewhere to see that the email got triggered and what it looks like.

Suggest we look into MailDev for this. Currently we used https://ethereal.email/create but I'm not sure it gives me confidence that things are working easily nor is it all that easy to verify.
