Summary

This page is very similar to the existing join page, which already works, so this user story is basically done.. just needs some styling changes really

[ ] Styling matches mockup
[ ] Connect wallet link exists *but its OK if it does nothing till the other story is built.

As always remember to check figma for definitive designs..
