send back identifying information in the User-Agent header #145

currently we have it to be X_FOURSQUARE_CLIENT_VERSION

send this back in User-Agent instead

(better for logging, standardization across clients and will allow us to
perhaps feed you custom stuff at some point in future)

the public V1 api prefers User-Agent
